These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://bestiptv247.com (the "website") and to subscription plans ordered from BestIPTV247 (the "service"). By using the website or ordering a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The website and service are operated by Bestiptv24/7, 47 W 13th St, New York, NY 10011, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: help@bestiptv247.com.

2. The service

A plan gives you access, for the length you purchased, to the live channels and on-demand content made available for that plan, streamed over the internet to compatible apps and devices. The channel groups and content available may change over time as agreements with content suppliers change; we will tell you about significant changes that affect your plan.

We distribute only content that we are authorised to distribute. If you believe any content made available through the service infringes your rights, contact us at help@bestiptv247.com with details and we will investigate promptly.

3. Ordering

  1. You request a plan through the website.
  2. We confirm your order, the payment options and availability by email.
  3. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment and send your login details.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes we are required to charge unless stated otherwise.

4. Your login and connections

  • Your login is personal to your household. Do not share it publicly or resell it.
  • Each plan includes a number of connections — streams that may play at the same time. You may install the service on more devices, but only that number of streams may play simultaneously.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Tell us immediately if you think they have been misused.

We may suspend a login that is being used in breach of these Terms, after contacting you where reasonably possible.

5. Your equipment and connection

You are responsible for providing a compatible device, player app and internet connection with sufficient, stable speed. Our setup guide describes supported devices and recommended connection speeds. Problems caused by your equipment or internet connection are not faults in the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • record, copy, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly show content from the service, except for private viewing in your household as permitted by law;
  • attempt to bypass connection limits or access controls;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website or service.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live channels can be affected by problems with sources, networks or events outside our control. Planned maintenance will be kept to a minimum.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Plans do not renew automatically unless you have explicitly agreed to automatic renewal.

9. Website content

Our guides are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate, but details such as prices, sports rights and app availability change frequently, and we recommend confirming them with the official source before relying on them. Brand and channel names belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your equipment, your internet connection or third-party apps.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to plans ordered after the update; the version in force when you ordered applies to your current plan.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, and the courts of New York, USA have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
