Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

Technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing the service, and we are unable to resolve them.

Refunds will not be issued for:
Problems caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or improper setup.
Failure to read the service description before purchase.
Expired subscriptions or unused time.

Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at our email with your payment and order details and reason for the request and will be process in under 2hrs of request.
